I focus on translating executive vision into executable systems.

Successful transformation happens when strategy, operations, and technology move together. Most organizations have the ambition — what they lack is the connective tissue between boardroom intent and ground-level execution. That gap is where programs stall, budgets erode, and AI initiatives fail to deliver.

AI accelerates transformation — but only when integrated into existing workflows, governance, and decision frameworks. I approach every engagement by first understanding the operational environment: the constraints, the stakeholders, the systems already in place. Strategy without that context is just theory.

My approach combines PMP-disciplined program execution with hands-on AI fluency. I've led $1B+ integrations under six-week timelines and built production-ready AI applications from scratch. I operate comfortably at both levels — and I know when each is needed.
